Concept
A trade association has no product and no customers: the only thing it administers is trust. And it administers it in a very concrete way, by publishing who is inside.
In real estate that weighs more than anywhere else. Somebody about to hand over a deposit wants to know one thing before signing, and the fastest answer is an official list with that agency on it. So I made Members the heart of the site: the full register, with each member's legal name, address, telephone, email and website, so they can be checked.
That list works both ways: for the public it is a verifiable directory, and for the agencies that are not on it, it is the best membership argument the chamber can show — with Membership right beside it. The rest of the site is four more sections and that is that.
