The whole site is a blueprint: blue cyanotype paper with its millimetre grid, the logo drawn by hand with dimension lines and measurement arrows, and the photographs of the buildings held on with paper clips, as if in an architect's folder.

Concept

A construction company sells two things at once, to two different people. To someone buying an apartment it sells the finished building — the façade, the view, the square metres. To someone hiring it to build, it sells something else: the craft. And craft is not shown with renders, it is shown with drawings.

That is where the whole idea of the site comes from, and it is one of the cleanest in the archive: if your product is building, your website is a blueprint. The background is blue drawing paper with its grid, the logo is traced as if drawn in pencil on that paper, with dimension lines and measurement arrows at the sides, and everything shown —site photographs, renders, façades— is laid on top and held with a clip. Nobody has to explain what the company does: you understand it before you read.

What it holds inside is just as concrete: every development has its page with where it is, how many units, from which year to which year it was built and what can be done with them today. That is business information, not brochure copy — and the years are part of the argument: a condominium from 1981 means the company has been building for decades, and the site puts that up front instead of hiding it behind the most recent job. Together with La Casa del Habano, La Cabaña and Pulp, it belongs to the same family: sites where the interface is not an interface but an object the visitor already knows how to read, chosen for what the client does and not for what looks good.
